Just days following the brand’s announcement that it was now offering the X crossover in Cat A form, the firm also launched the 7X, a premium midsize SUV.

The model has been popular with customers, with Zeekr marking the 100th sale of the of the 7X. It was handed over to its lucky owner at this special launch event, which took place at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
At 4787mm long and 1930mm wide, the 7X is just a touch larger than the popular Mercedes-Benz GLC.
But the Zeekr 7X is no ordinary 201bhp commuter. The entry-point “Standard RWD” variant comes with a healthy 310kW (416bhp) motor, fed by a 75kWh LFP battery that supports up to 450kW charging at an 800V DC charger.

There’s also the 7X “Long Range RWD” to consider, which also offers a total output of 310kW, but has a larger 100kWh NMC battery that can be charged up at 420kW, allowing the car to post a WLTP range of 605km.
Both this and the ‘Standard RWD’ variant of the 7X will complete the century sprint in 6 seconds.
And for those who really need to move quickly, there’s the 475kW (637bhp) Performance that completes the zero to 100km/h run in just 3.9 seconds. Also powered by a 100kWh NMC battery, this variant of the 7X posts a WLTP range of 540km. All variants are built atop of an 800V architecture with high-speed charging technology.

Those who frequently rely on home charging will also be pleased to know that the 7X supports up to 22kW charging via an alternating current charger.
The 7X also comes with a wide sweep of upmarket features. These start from the 13.02-inch high-definition cockpit cluster paired with a 16-inch 3.5K mini-LED central screen (with support for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto included).

The seats of the 7X also come upholstered in soft polyurethane. But opt for the “Performance” model and those seats will come as Nappa full-grain top-layer leather items. In the Long Range RWD and Performance models, the front seats have ventilation and massage functions.
These two variants of the 7X also feature automatic doors and the Zeekr sound pro 21-speaker 7.1.4 audio system. All variants of the car are equipped with dual 50W wireless smartphone charging trays, so you can easily top up your devices on the move.
