The year 2016 felt a little longer than usual. Did my quartz watch get slower? Did my body clock go wonky? Did the passage of time take a detour?

Then I realised 2016 was a leap year with 366 days.
I cannot remember how I used the bonus 24 hours on February 29. But it was a Monday, so I probably spent 10 hours working/writing, two hours eating/drinking, four hours doing Ting’sthings, one hour driving and seven hourssleeping/dreaming/daydreaming.
No matter how you handled (or mishandled) last year’s 366 days, I hope you had a sweet ’16 as a whole, and I wish that you will have an even sweeter ’17. Happy new year! [email protected].
