Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan proved last Tuesday that he is a master communicator, but needs his transport bureaucracy to do the same on a daily and weekly basis, so the message gets out.

Commuters were affected by two separate faults on the Circle Line and East-West Line during morning rush hour on Wednesday (Nov 15).

More engineering hours are needed to allow for ageing rail assets to be quickly upgraded, said Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan.
