Porsche Macan GTS.
The latest version of the Porsche Macan GTS is now available to order, with prices starting from $336,488 (excluding COE). Within the Macan lineup, this model sits between the Macan S and Macan Turbo.
The new Macan GTS offers greater power and performance than its predecessor, along with a host of other goodies.
MORE PONIES, MORE SPEED
The Porsche Macan GTS now has a twin-turbocharged 2.9-litre V6. In the previous Macan GTS, power came from a twin-turbocharged 3-litre V6.
Both horsepower and torque outputs have risen. Drivers now have 380ps and 520Nm, or 20ps and 20Nm more, at their disposal. As a result, the SUV now goes from rest to 100km/h in 4.7 seconds, 0.3 of a second quicker than before.
EXTERIOR ELEMENTS
As standard, the Macan GTS has dark tinted headlamps and tail-lights. The Sport Design body kit, which has black-coloured elements, is also standard.
Adding to the Porsche Macan GTS’ sporty appearance are the 20-inch, satin black RS Design wheels. The ride height is 15mm lower than standard.
Further hinting at this SUV’s performance potential is the standard sports exhaust system and its four tailpipes.
INTERIOR ACCENTS
Inside, standard equipment includes 8-way adjustable sports seats and sports steering wheel with paddle shifters.
The Porsche Macan GTS’ upholstery comes in either Carmine Red or Crayon. Alcantara is used on the door panels, centre console and seat centres. Complementing the Alcantara are the brushed aluminium trimmings.
For convenience, Porsche has now included a wireless charging tray for smartphones.
NEW EQUIPMENT
The Porsche Macan GTS can be equipped with optional advanced features. These include adaptive cruise control with Traffic Jam Assist, Park Assist with surround view and ioniser for cleaner air.
