The McLaren 600LT is a track-focussed machine that weighs 1247kg, or 100kg less than the 570S Coupe that it’s based on. To do this, McLaren changed more than 23 percent of the car’s parts.
The McLaren 600LT features top-mounted exhausts that help save weight. Their location is also closer to the driver, which enhances the aural nature of the driving experience.
The McLaren 600LT utilises bespoke Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tyres and features carbon-ceramic brakes for assured stopping power even during brutal track days.
The McLaren 600LT is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre V8 that produces 592hp and 620Nm. The powerplant drives the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
