BMW is now offering a range of BMW M Performance Parts for the new BMW 5 Series.
BMW M PERFORMANCE PARTS: UNDERSTATED NO MORE
High-quality carbon fibre components include a front attachment on both sides and the M Performance front splitter as well as a M Performance front grille.
Fancy a carbon fibre rear spoiler? BMW has you covered.
Those looking for a more aggressive look for the rear end can choose from the M Performance rear spoiler Carbon and the M Performance rear spoiler Pro Carbon. There’s also an M Performance carbon rear diffuser.
A SPORTIER INTERIOR
Several cabin modifications are available. A new M Performance steering wheel is now offered with Alcantara recesses and large thumb-rests for maximum grip.
Hand-sewn cross-stitching and a red 12 o’clock marking on the wheel further emphasise the sporty atmosphere of the 5 Series.
The M Performance steering wheel Pro gets polished carbon and Alcantara and a Motorsport Blue 12’oclock marking.
Owners of the BMW M5 and the BMW M5 Competition can get the M Performance steering wheel Pro, which utilises high-gloss polished carbon and Alcantara trim and tricolour decorative stitching.
The 12 o’clock marking is also finished in Motorsport Blue instead of red.
DECREASED RIDE HEIGHT, INCREASED HANDLING
BMW M5 and the BMW M5 Competition owners will also get the option of getting M Performance sports suspension. The new coilover suspension allows the vehicle to be lowered by between 5mm and 20mm.
M Performance sports suspension will give M5 and M5 Competition owners the option to lower ride height by up to 20mm.
20-inch M Performance forged wheels with a Y-spoke design and an M Ferric Grey matt finish are also exclusively available for the two M5 models.
And for those looking for more stopping power, a new 19-inch Performance sports brake system is also available.
Meanwhile, light alloy wheels comprising the M Performance 20-inch forged wheels in a multi-spoke 732 M bi-coloured design are available for owners of regular 5 Series models.
