Kah Motor, the official Honda agent in Singapore, has introduced the Aftersales Concierge Service.
This option lets owners arrange a scheduled servicing at their convenience – without having to visit the service centre.
Once an appointment has been made, Kah Motor will send someone to collect the car at the customer’s specified address. After the servicing is completed, the vehicle will be returned at the arranged time.
Nicholas Wong, general manager of Kah Motor said: “The Aftersales Concierge Service is our latest initiative after the doorstep test-drive service introduced in January.”
“This personalised service gives our customers another alternative to have their cars serviced by saving them time and hassle.”
Fees for the Concierge Service must be paid in advance. At $50 per trip, having the car collected and returned will cost $100. As for the maintenance fees, a service advisor will contact the owner to assist with online payment after servicing is done.
